βββReturns are only available for clothing only (Excluding Lingerie)! We do not offer returns for any makeup or beauty items at this time for health and safety concerns!βββ
To complete your refund request for a Return we require you to please contact us at CSupport@ragdiva.com with the following:
1.) Receipt of Proof of Purchase And/Or the Order Number.
2.)A Statement of Return, letting us know you are returning the item and why.
3.)The original Tracking Number that was given to you with the order.
4.) Send the item you would like to return, (With The Order Number) written inside the package to the address given to you by your customer service rep.
5.) Once the steps 1-4 have been completed please email us back with an update with the tracking number on your returned item if applicable.
Once we have received your return item we will immediately issue your full refund amount paid for item + shipping (if applicable). ***We do not reimburse for returned postage if any was paid by buyer.***
πReceived Items Drastically Different Then Describeπ
To begin your refund request for Items Not As Described we require you to please contact us at CSupport@ragdiva.com with the following:
1.) Receipt of Proof of Purchase And/Or the Order Number.
2.) The original Tracking Number that was given to you with the order.
3.) A full Front/Back/ Image π· of the received item and a Description of item as to why it is not as described.
Once the steps 1-3 have been completed and we receive and inspect π΅οΈββοΈ the tracking number and photos, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the information regarding your disputed item. We will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 Business Days.
πUndelivered Packageπ
To complete your refund request for a Undelivered Package we require you to please contact us at CSupport@ragdiva.com with the following:
1.) Receipt of Proof of Purchase And/Or the Order Number.
2.) The original Tracking Number that was given to you with the order.
Once the steps 1-2 have been completed we will immediately begin an investigationπ΅οΈββοΈ into your order and process your refund as quickly as possible upon approval.
πLate or Missing Refundsπ
Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 Business Days.
-Please be patient of the 5-10 Business Days.
-If you havenβt received a refund yet, first check your bank account, Again.
-Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-They maybe able to tell you if they can see it pending/scheduled or not.
