-How long does shipping take?

USPS💗📦Standard Shipping time is usually estimated to be about 7-14 days. ⚡⚡⚡ Express Shipping time is estimated 1-3 days. Our Processing & Dispatch Time can be an estimated 3-5 Business Days. Shipping time is estimated for the date of actual shipment, rather than the date of order. This time is considered to be the dispatch or processing time and may take longer due to public holidays, customs clearance or invalid addresses. You will receive your order 1-24 days after the order date is placed. -How Can I Track My Order?🛫

To check the delivery status of your order, click on (View my order) on any of your confirmation emails and you will automatically be reverted to our Thank You page. There you can track your order! Simply plug in your tracking number and click (Track🛫).


-Shipping/Delivery Rates & Cost💸

We use 2 methods of shipping. Standard shipping with USPS for all 50 states and Our ⚡⚡⚡ Express Shipping. Our ⚡⚡⚡ Express Shipping is ONLY available to DENTON,TEXAS LOCALS ONLY. We are a USA warehouse based company and all products are shipped directly from the US. We strive to make shipping either FREE of charge to our customers💗 or very cheap.👍 USPS 💗📦Standard shipping time is estimated to be about 7-14 days. ⚡⚡⚡ Express Shipping is either Same Day Or Next Day Delivery and is also either FREE of charge or very cheap. ⚡⚡⚡ Express standard shipping time is 1-3 days.


🍄Returns & Refunds🍄


All products have a customer warranty of 30 days of delivery dateIf 30 days have gone by since the delivery date of your package, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. ***We do not reimburse for returned postage if any was paid by buyer.*** To request a refund please review our refund policy to get started. 


-🍄Late or Missing Refunds🍄 

Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 Business Days.

-Please be patient of the 5-10 Business Days.

-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, Again. 

-Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

-They maybe able to tell you if they can see it pending/scheduled or not.

- Can You Issue My Refund in a Different Method then my Original Payment Method? 💳

Unfortunately We are only able to issue refunds to the original payment method used to purchase the order. We deeply apologize for any inconveniences, this may cause if your card has been lost, stolen or expired. We highly recommend working with your bank to make sure you receive your entitled refund. -Can I Make an Exchange?👚

Once your order has been shipped then we will not be able to make a exchange unless the package has been returned to us.

-But, if your order is still in processing and has not been shipped yet, feel free to send us an email and we will try to make your requested changes to your order in time before dispatch. (Please note that exchanges only apply to color, quantity and/or size changes)

-If wanting to make an exchange for an entirely different item, then you must send us an request to cancel the order within 7 hours of placing the order.

-How do I Cancel my Order?❌❌❌

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible! with your request of cancellation. If the order has already been shipped then, we cannot issue a refund unless, the item(s) have been returned to us. So it is important to contact us regarding any items that need cancellation quickly!
